CCTV PRIVACY POLICY
CCTV is in constant operation in and around our converted horsebox unit, the following will outline our use of this footage, storage and any data protection information that may be important to you.

Use of CCTV cameras - Why?
A total of 5 cameras have been installed in and around our horsebox, these cover 360 degrees around our horsebox for use for personal, business and crime prevention. Footage from our interior camera may be used on our social media, although nothing from the exterior of the trailer can be seen.
How long is the footage stored for?
All footage is stored locally, this footage will automatically be overwritten after a MAXIMUM of 28 days. Footage will only be retained if we believe there is an adequate reason to do so.
Who has access to the footage?
Due to the footage being stored locally, nobody but Connor, the owner of Florenco's Coffee will have access to the footage. For the purpose of personal, business or crime prevention, footage may be shared with 3rd parties such as local shop owners, police or equivalent. Any transfer of footage will be shared in person or securely using end-to- end encrypted software.
Can I (you) have access to the footage?
Our footage will only be shared with any 3rd parties if deemed necessary or for any valid personal reason. Feel free to contact us for more information or make a request for footage. If you have any questions or concerns about data protection, use of footage or legal enquiries, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for legal request of information under the freedom of information act - 2000.
